The Saturn V, a creation of Wernher von Braun for NASA, was the rocket that opened the gates of the moon to mankind. With its awesome power, this rocket led the Apollo missions, and in particular Apollo 11, to reach an unprecedented milestone: Armstrong, Aldrin and Collins reached the moon. From the launch pad, the Saturn V demonstrated its power, burning fuel for 20 minutes to overcome gravity and change forever our relationship with the cosmos.
